AirAsia Group has introduced an automated visa verification feature on their website and app.
This enables seamless online check-in for international flights requiring visas or Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs).
Previously, travelers to countries requiring visas had to check in at the airport, where visa verification was manually conducted. This feature automates and simplifies the process.
Certain visas, such as single or double-entry visas, will still require verification at the check-in counter.
