The Prince Park Tower Tokyo will offer “Matcha Afternoon Tea ~Collaboration with Senkyo~” from May 1st to June 30th.
In collaboration with the Uji Matcha specialty brand “Senkyo”, they will prepare gluten-free sweets and savories that do not use flour. The menu includes rich matcha-flavored delights such as matcha cheesecake, a sandwich with patissier-crafted raisin butter made from shine muscat, matcha rice flour financier, matcha genmai canelé, among six types of sweets. In addition, there are four types of savories, including a salmon caviar salad with refreshing lemon dressing and a western-style chirashi sushi adorned with crab and shrimp.
The location is on the first floor lobby lounge. The service hours are from noon to 7 PM, with the last entry at 4 PM. Reservations must be made in advance by the day prior. The price is 8,000 yen with free-flow drinks included, tax included, service charge not included.
