Hotel JAL City Aomori has renovated select Deluxe Comfort and Deluxe rooms, with services starting from March 15.
The rooms undergoing renovation include 8 Deluxe Comfort Twin rooms, 24 Deluxe Twin Rooms, and 8 Deluxe Triple Rooms, totaling 40 rooms. The design incorporates elements of Aomori’s traditional culture, featuring glass art inspired by Aomori’s traditional embroidery, “Tsugaru Kogin Sashi,” and cushions crafted using the same embroidery style. The carpet and other interior colors utilize a deep blue inspired by “Aomori Indigo,” a color born from the traditional Tsugaru technique of natural indigo dyeing.
Additionally, the desk area features a makeup mirror, while the deluxe twin rooms include a bench sofa by the window, and the deluxe comfort twin rooms come with a tea table set. The television has been upgraded to a 43-inch wall-mounted smart TV that supports YouTube, TVer, and ABEMA. The bathroom interior has also been revamped.
