Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel will offer the ‘Melon & Peach Afternoon Tea’ from May 12 to 31.
The afternoon tea features seasonal melon and early-harvested peaches. It includes six types of sweets such as “Melon and Yogurt Mousse with Lime,” which combines the sweetness of melon with refreshing yogurt and lime, “Red Peach Crème Brûlée” with a light sweetness and a hint of caramel bitterness, “Peach Cream Puff,” and “White Chocolate and Mascarpone Cream with Melon Decoration.” For savory items, all five options include melon, allowing guests to enjoy a marriage of flavors with ingredients like prosciutto, snow crab, and scallops.
The location is the 42nd floor “Top of Yokohama Bar Lounge.” Service hours are on weekdays from 4 PM and on holidays from 2 PM, with each session lasting 120 minutes. The price is 6,700 yen, tax included, service charge not included.
