K-Express will open “GRANDAY STYLE HOTEL＆RESORT KYU-KARUIZAWA” on August 27.
The building is three stories above ground and one story below. All guest rooms are luxury types of over 50 square meters, offering six types: Superior Twin, Deluxe Twin, Luxury Twin, Junior Corner Suite, Premier Corner Suite, and Grand Luxury Suite, for a total of 65 rooms. The beds, including extra beds and daybeds, are custom-made by Simmons.
The hotel is equipped with a lobby and lounge made from wood, dining and beverage facilities, a large public bath with two types of saunas and a cold bath, a lounge where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, and a parking lot that can accommodate 65 cars.
The restaurant “TRATTORIA CREATTA Karuizawa” offers a prefix course centered on stone oven cuisine for lunch and dinner, and serves salads and soups in a half-buffet style for breakfast.
Access is approximately 14 kilometers by car from the Usui-Karuizawa Interchange (IC) on the Joshinetsu Expressway, and about a 26-minute walk from JR Hokuriku Shinkansen Karuizawa Station.
