REIWA Travel will open ‘NEWT Lounge Shibuya’, where customers can receive face-to-face travel consultations, on May 21.
This is the first face-to-face travel consultation space, established within their office. Customers can discuss with a travel concierge about hotels, flights, budget, and schedule in person.
Operating hours are from 3 PM to 6 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is reservation-only, and bookings can be made through the app or website.
