
Hilton Tokyo Hosts Summer Sweets Buffet ‘Ice Cream Republic’ Until August 27
Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka will offer the ‘Mango Afternoon Tea Lunch ~Flower Garden~’, featuring mango and Yamecha sweets and creative French cuisine, from May 7 to July 6.
The course begins with soup served in a Shimizu ware Tenmoku tea bowl, a signature dish of THE RAY, and includes ‘Katsuo and Grilled Eggplant Espuma with Loquat Compote and Espresso Aroma’ and ‘En Croute: White Pork and Cabbage Braise with Spices’. The course concludes with an afternoon tea stand offering seven different items, including a ‘Mango Parfait’ akin to a shortcake. The ‘Mango and Sencha Verrine’, with mango and jelly gleaming under sparkling soda, and ‘Matcha and Ogura Cake’ use ‘Yamecha’, a specialty of Fukuoka.
Drinks include W-Certified Coffee, English Breakfast, Organic Earl Grey, and Pistachio Hojicha.
The location is ‘THE RAY’. Service is from noon to 4 PM with a 2-hour limit. Limited to 20 meals a day, available only through online reservation at least 3 days in advance. The price is 10,120 yen, and a course without the main dish is 8,349 yen, including tax and service charge.
