
Hilton Tokyo Hosts Summer Sweets Buffet ‘Ice Cream Republic’ Until August 27
Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts will be hosting the ‘Oedo Three-Star Buffet’ at three hotels: Oedo Onsen Monogatari Awazu Grand Hotel, Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Ranpu, and Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Shirahama Saishoraku.
The buffet is upgraded from the usual, featuring dishes focused on local production for local consumption, such as seafood direct from the market and local beef. The event will be held from July 1 at Awazu Grand Hotel and Hotel Ranpu, and from September 1 at Shirahama Saishoraku.
The menu includes sirloin steak freshly cooked in a live kitchen, sukiyaki using Kuroge Wagyu beef ribeye, sashimi and sushi featuring natural bluefin tuna (akami and chutoro), sea bream, salmon, yellowtail, sweet shrimp, and boiled red snow crab legs, grilled eel, assortments of over 10 types of cakes and fruits, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
Additionally, as local specialties, Awazu Grand Hotel will offer ‘Jibuni’, Hotel Ranpu will have ‘Sara Udon’, and Shirahama Saishoraku will serve ‘Ume Udon’. For breakfast, guests can enjoy seafood rice bowls, freshly grilled kinmedai dried fish, eggs benedict, smoothies, and more.
