Air China has launched the Beijing/Capital – Irkutsk route on April 27.
The route operates with 3 weekly rotations on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays using Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The travel time is 4 hours and 5 minutes from Beijing/Capital and 3 hours and 55 minutes from Irkutsk.
Between Beijing and Irkutsk, the route is also operated by Hainan Airlines from Beijing/Capital and by S7 Airlines from Beijing/Daxing.
