Philippine Airlines has increased the aircraft size for the Tokyo/Haneda to Manila route starting May 1.
On Wednesdays and Sundays, a Boeing 777-300ER will be deployed; on Tuesdays, an Airbus A330-300 will be used; and on Saturdays, either of the two aircraft will be available. On other days and on some Wednesdays and Sundays, an Airbus A321 will be utilized.
The Boeing 777-300ER will offer either a 393-seat or 370-seat configuration. The 393-seat version features a Business Class with a “1-2-1” layout and an Economy Class with a “3-3-3” layout for more comfort.
Among the Airbus A330-300 fleet, seats used as Premium Economy on long-haul routes are available for an additional fee of 5,000 yen per seat.
