
ANA Holdings Delays Full Acquisition of Nippon Cargo Airlines to July 1
Delta Air Lines will rename its in-flight products.
The Main Cabin will be renamed “Delta Main”, Delta Comfort Plus will be “Delta Comfort”, and First Class will be “Delta First”. With the existing Delta Premium Select and Delta One, there will be a total of five categories.
From October 1st departures, Delta Main will have three options: Basic, Classic, and Extra. Delta Comfort, Delta Premium, and Delta One will offer two options: Classic and Extra.
Basic Economy will be “Delta Main Basic”, where seat selection is available after check-in, boarding order is Zone 8, and a fee applies when refunded as e-credit upon cancellation. Miles and Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQD) cannot be earned, and lounge access is not provided.
“Delta Main Classic” allows for seat selection and same-day standby, with boarding order in Zone 6 or 7. One can earn MQD at 5 miles per US dollar, and refunds can be issued as e-credit upon cancellation.
“Delta Main Extra” allows for seat selection and same-day standby, with boarding order in Zone 5. In addition to MQD, one can earn 7 miles per US dollar. Refunds upon cancellation can be processed according to the payment method.
