The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho will offer the “Melon Breeze Afternoon Tea” from June 1 to 30.
Featuring sweets and savory items themed around in-season melons and shades of green. The menu includes sweets such as “Melon Tiramisu,” designed like hydrangeas with chocolate cups layered with sponge and mascarpone cream topped with cut melons; “Fromage Blanc and Lime Mousse,” expressing the beauty of pale green with melon glaze; a tart with refreshing muscat cream flavor; and pistachio financiers enjoyed with the texture of apricots. The savory plate features items such as edamame mousse topped with rich sea urchin in a glass and a sandwich with salmon and cream cheese in melon-flavored buns.
The location is the 36th floor “All-Day Dining OASIS GARDEN,” 35th floor “Sky Gallery Lounge Levita,” and “The Bar illumiid.” Service hours are “All-Day Dining OASIS GARDEN” from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, “Sky Gallery Lounge Levita” and “The Bar illumiid” from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, all with a 2-hour time limit. The price is 7,500 yen, tax included, service charge excluded. Reservations are required for at least two people.
