Tokyo Tatemono to Open ‘SEN/KA TOKYO by The Crest Collection’ in Late Fiscal 2029
Hilton Nagoya will host a dessert buffet, “Mango Rendezvous,” from May 15 to August 17, on Thursdays to Sundays and public holidays.
The theme of the buffet is the deliciousness born from “food pairing” by combining mango with orange, melon, tea, chocolate, and more, offering 17 types of mango desserts.
The menu includes the “Summer Shortcake,” layered with red flesh melon and mango with light whipped cream, the “Mango & Yuzu Roll Cake” with a moist, chewy rice flour base rolled with mango and yuzu paste, and the “Whole Pineapple,” made with apricot & orange jelly and mango & passion cream.
At the live station, desserts finished in front of guests include the “Mango & Orange Mousse with Coconut Jelly,” resembling a white sandy beach, “Mango Shaved Ice” made with freshly shaved ice from Shinshu deep-layer natural water, and the “Sweet Dream of Mango (Ougyochi),” combining jasmine-scented jelly and mango.
Additionally, there are eight varieties of savory items such as curry and French fries.
The buffet is available from 3 PM to 5 PM, with food served until 4:30 PM. From August 7 to 17, it will be held daily. Prices are 5,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for children aged 6 to 12, tax and service charge included.
