
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki will offer shaved ice during tea time starting May 19.
The ice is made using Shinshu deep aquifer natural water, drawn from a deep aquifer by Miyashita Ice Refrigeration, established in 1900, and shaved to a fluffy snow-like texture. Flavors include “Hokkaido Azuki and Uji Matcha,” “Milk Tea with Condensed Cream,” “Homemade Fruit Sauce with Condensed Cream (Mango or Berry)” (each 1,480 yen), and “AIRDO Collaboration: Asahidake in AIRDO Colors,” “Fruit Flavors (choose from Strawberry, Melon, or Lemon),” “Blue Hawaii” (each 980 yen).
The venue is the all-day dining “Terrace and Table.” The time is from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Mini-sized shaved ice is also available during the lunch buffet and dinner buffet.
