Hyatt Centric Kanazawa is offering the “Golden Passion Afternoon Tea,” where you can indulge in mango, guava, and passion fruit, from May 7 to June 30.
The menu includes 9 types of sweet and savory items featuring fruits that increase in flavor from early summer to summer. The sweets selection includes “Tropical Fruit Cream Puffs,” the sweet and tart “Mango and Pineapple Tart,” the characteristic smooth texture and rich taste of “Mango Pudding,” the “Miyazaki Mature Mango Fruit Sandwich” featuring the highly popular ripe mango from Miyazaki Prefecture, “Passion Fruit Crème d’Ange” topped with fluffy fromage blanc, and “Tropical Fruit French Toast” with a variety of fruits complementing French toast made with a baguette.
In addition, the savory selections include “Garlic Shrimp & Mango Sauté” with the accent of sautéed mango, “Mini Slider Burger” combining Noto Bacon with mango chutney and pineapple, and the Hawaiian-style salad “Lomi Lomi Salmon.”
The location is the all-day dining “FIVE – Grill & Lounge.” The hours are from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 120-minute limit. The price is 4,400 yen, tax included, service charge not included.
