Nippon Travel Agency has announced that Keigo Yoshida, currently Executive Director, will be appointed as the new President.
The current President, Etsumitsu Kotaino, will assume the role of Chairman. The decision will be officially made at the Board of Directors meeting following an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on June 27.
To strengthen and enhance the management structure, the company is adopting a two-person system with both a Chairman and President in anticipation of formulating a medium-term management plan for fiscal 2026 and beyond.
