
Trip.com Introduces New ‘Diamond Plus’ Tier
JTB announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2025. The net profit amounted to 8.6 billion yen (a 61% decrease compared to the previous year).
The revenue was 1.0733 trillion yen (a 1.2% decrease from the previous year), operating profit was 14.9 billion yen (a 50.9% decrease), and ordinary profit was 16.6 billion yen (a 51.4% decrease).
Revenue by sector: domestic travel was 436 billion yen, overseas travel was 224.3 billion yen, inbound travel was 62.2 billion yen, global travel was 111.8 billion yen, and non-travel business was 239 billion yen.
By the end of the fiscal year, the number of consolidated companies was 111, consisting of 22 domestic companies, 72 overseas companies, and 17 equity method affiliates. This was a decrease of 3 companies compared to the end of the previous year. The number of employees increased by 383 to 19,376.
For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the company aims for revenue of 1.298 trillion yen and operating profit of 12 billion yen.
