Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station will release a summer-limited product “BLACK×YELLOW CURRY BURGER,” focusing on a black and yellow color scheme, available from June 1 to August 31.
This summer, the hotel’s lobby floor restaurant “Dining & Bar LAVAROCK” will feature dishes with a spice-infused “BLACK” color scheme. In the burger, yellow complements the “BLACK,” offering a curry burger with spices like coriander, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, and cinnamon. The burger features black buns baked with bamboo charcoal, pickled cabbage achaar spiced and vinegared, 100% domestic beef patty, curry sauce, curry-flavored rice crackers for texture, plus cheddar cheese, cumin-flavored keema curry croquette coated with black breadcrumbs, and a cardamom-scented yellow peach compote used instead of chutney. Sides include French fries dusted with curry salt, black garlic mayonnaise with a rich depth and slight sweetness, and tangy yellow mini tomato pickles.
The location is on the lobby floor at “Dining & Bar LAVAROCK”. Lunch hours are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with last order at 2:30 PM. Dinner is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with last order at 9:30 PM. The price is 3,750 yen, including tax and service charges.
