
The Ritz-Carlton Osaka Completes Major Room Renovation
Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will offer the “Early Summer Prix Fixe Lunch” featuring melon from May 7 to June 30.
In addition to appetizers, soups, and main dishes that can be selected to your preference, you can also enjoy a dessert buffet. The lineup includes appetizers like “Early Summer Vegetable Jambon Persillé” wrapped in seasonal vegetables and parsley-flavored consommé jelly, and “White Asparagus and Bonito Salad.” Soups include “Green Potage” and “Clam and Cabbage Bouillon Soup,” while main dishes feature “Grilled Australian Beef Loin with Red Wine Sauce” (plus 1,500 yen), “Grilled Lobster and Scallops with Nantua Sauce” (same), “Grilled Swordfish with Salpicon Sauce” grilled rare inside, and “Grilled Lamb Burger with Salsa Sauce.” Additional menu items include “Omurice with Chasseur Sauce” (same) and “Roast Beef Bowl of Wagyu Topped with Sea Urchin” (same).
The “Melon Dessert Buffet” using seasonal melons features “Melon à la Mode” with melon cream topped pudding, “Melon Soda Jelly” reminiscent of melon cream soda, “Melon Shortcake” with fresh cream and melon, and a tasting comparison of four different types of melons.
The location is on the top floor, 30th floor, at “The Grill on 30th.” Service time is from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM with a 100-minute limit. The price starts at 6,000 yen.
