Four Seasons Hotel Osaka will offer its “Summer Afternoon Tea: 101 Days of Summer Tales” featuring a variety of seasonal summer fruits from June 1 to September 9.
This is held as part of the locally engaged summer campaign, “101 Days of Summer,” by Four Seasons.
The menu includes “Noix de Coco,” which combines peach, coconut, white chocolate, and pistachio, and “Summer Indulgence,” which blends Hokkaido milk ice cream scented with green tea and musk melon. Savories include mango-accented Milan salami tart, peach gazpacho enjoyed with osetra caviar, and lobster rolls that highlight the sweetness of Shine Muscat. Scones are baked with dried peaches and served with pineapple marmalade.
Guests can enjoy a free-flow of 15 beverages, including 10 varieties of black, Japanese, and flavored teas, as well as 5 types of coffee.
The location is the all-day French bistro “Jardin.” The tea is offered in three sessions of two hours each, starting at 1 PM, 3 PM, and 5 PM. The price is 9,200 yen, including tax and service charges.
