ANA Introduces Shark Skin Film on 777F Cargo Aircraft for Fuel Efficiency and CO2 Reduction
Finnair has indicated that its operations will be affected on June 17 and 19 due to a strike organized by the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU).
The strike will take place at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport for a duration of four hours. Although not confined to specific times, essential operations such as aircraft maintenance, ground operations, and catering will be temporarily halted.
Plans are in place to operate more than 600 flights over these two days, which may result in more significant impacts compared to past strikes. Flights on days adjacent to the strike may also be affected.
The strike has already led to the cancellation of over 660 flights due to five strikes in May and two in June, impacting routes including those to Japan. Another strike is expected on June 11, with reservation changes already being accepted.
