Toyoko Inn to Sell ‘Local GENKI Badges’ from April 1
Hilton Hiroshima, in collaboration with the Swiss luxury watch brand FRANCK MULLER, will offer the “Franck Muller Afternoon Tea – Philosophy of Time” from July 7 to August 31.
Inspired by the new “Long Island Deco” from FRANCK MULLER’s “Long Island” collection, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The sweets include “Chrono Rouge,” a strawberry and raspberry mousse accented with raspberry jam tinged with the scent of anise; “Golden Hour,” combining mascarpone cheese with honey and lemon juice from Hiroshima Prefecture; “Chocolat Time,” decorated with chocolate art resembling clock hands; and “Pistachio Macaron” featuring the FRANCK MULLER logo, among seven varieties. Scones include hotel-made “Coconut Scone” and “Salted Caramel Scone,” served with strawberry & rhubarb jam, orange flower jam, and clotted cream. Chef’s special savory items include “Salmon Gravlax Mille Crepe Sandwich” marinated with blueberries and Setouchi lemon sour cream, “Roast Beef Carpaccio with Potato Dauphinoise,” and cold soup “Lime Yogurt Shot with Tomato Foam,” among five varieties.
