
Toyoko Inn to Sell ‘Local GENKI Badges’ from April 1
Tokyo Marriott Hotel will offer the “Peach BLISS Afternoon Tea,” using peaches in season, from July 1 to August 31.
Continuing from last year, they will feature rare peaches from Maruto Farm in Yamanashi Prefecture, which rarely appear in the market. In July, they will use the “Hakuhou” variety known for its tender, melting flesh. In August, they will feature the “Hakuto” variety, which is characterized by firm flesh and strong sweetness.
The sweets will include eight items arranged on a stand, such as rare cheesecake mousse shaped like a peach, parfaits offering an exquisite peach and vanilla flavor, and simple yet flavor-focused shortcakes. The savory selection includes four dishes like spice-infused couscous and pink-colored soup. Drinks feature a selection of eight types of “TWG Tea” and five coffee variations, with free refills and brand changes allowed.
The location is “Lounge & Dining G.” The two seating times are from 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The fee is 7,500 yen, inclusive of tax and service charge. Reservations are accepted from two people onwards and must be made at least two days in advance.
