Grand Mercure Yatsugatake Resort & Spa opened the ‘Forest Lounge’ and ‘Executive Lounge’ on June 7.
Located on the hotel’s 3rd floor, the ‘Forest Lounge’ is a tatami-matted area where guests can stretch out comfortably. It features approximately 4,000 books related to Yatsugatake, including novels, photo books, picture books, and comics, along with classic board games and toys for all ages. Open to all guests, the lounge offers sparkling wine, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks. The lounge is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with drinks served from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The ‘Executive Lounge’ on the 1st floor is exclusive to guests staying in executive twin rooms and suites. It provides sparkling wine, wines from Yamanashi Prefecture, beer, local shochu from breweries, and Yamanashi citron tea. Snacks include ‘Koshu Wine Beef Shrimp Crackers,’ pickles from Yamanashi, Yamanashi dried fruits, olives, and seasonal nibbles. The lounge operates from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
