SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL will offer the ‘STREAM Afternoon Tea～Pearl Jewelry～’ until June 30.
With the theme of ‘Pearl’, also known as ‘Mermaid’s Tear’ and ‘Moon Drop’, the lineup includes 11 types of white-themed sweets and 3 types of savory dishes.
The menu features “Shell Chocolate and White Coffee Mousse”, which is finished by transferring the aroma of coffee to milk, “Nougat-Style Mousse Cake” combining the sweet taste of honey and the flavorful scent of nuts, “Elderflower Jelly”, and amber sugar, popular as edible gemstones. Each person will be served a savory plate with Hokkaido-sourced scallop marinade, bite-sized quiche, cold potato soup, and a rare cheesecake mousse designed to resemble a huge pearl. The drink menu includes 10 varieties of TWG Tea, specialty coffee supervised by Marumi Coffee, café au lait, and more.
The location is the 7th-floor ‘BAR & GRILL Splish’ café & bar. The serving time is from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. The price is 5,500 yen on weekdays and 6,000 yen during weekends and holidays for the tea time. Reservations are accepted for even-numbered groups starting from 2 people until 5 PM the day before. Tax and service fees are included.
