SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL will offer the “Stream Afternoon Tea ~Juicy Fruits Journey~” themed around various fruits such as melon, peach, watermelon, and pineapple from July 1 to August 31.
As a welcome drink, they will serve a Grapefruit Sunset, which features the sweet and sour taste of grapefruit syrup and yuzu puree with the fizzy flavor of soda. The top tier of the stand includes a shortcake highlighting the sweetness of apple mango, a bite-sized cone with the rich aroma of melon cream and juicy muskmelon, and a pineapple tart combining the sweet and sour taste of pineapple with the bittersweetness of caramel.
The middle tier offers a glass salad with smoked salmon, tomato, and grapefruit with a basil and lemon dressing for accent, a tortilla finished with roast beef, and marinated mango and purple cabbage. The lower tier includes banana scones and mango sauce with a hint of lime.
For savory items, the lineup includes “Bruce Fail”, a clear jelly with lychee and grapefruit jelly covered by a thin gelatin film, edamame bonbons wrapped in cream cheese mixed with prosciutto and dried papaya, and marinated watermelon and shrimp pinchos. Drinks include a selection of eight teas from “TWG Tea”, as well as unlimited coffee, café latte, cappuccino, and espresso.
The location is Bar & Dining “TORRENT”. Service hours are in two slots from 11:45 AM to 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Sundays, only the 11:45 AM slot is available. The price is 6,000 yen, including tax and service charge. Reservations are required.
