The Westin Osaka is offering a limited edition ‘Swan Melon Pudding Parfait’ using half a melon, available only 10 servings per day.
Half of a melon serves as the bowl, inside which is a whole pudding hidden, combined with ice cream made with mascarpone and melon — whipped delicately with egg yolk and fresh cream — and a crispy coconut rocher. The swan at the top is designed to mimic the graceful swim of a swan on a clear water surface, bringing a sense of coolness and elegance, ideal for a luxurious adult moment. Comes with coffee or tea.
The period is from June 1 to August 31. It is offered at the Lobby Lounge. The time is from 11:30 AM to the last order at 4:00 PM, with a 2-hour limit. The price is 5,800 yen. Reservation is required.
