
‘DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake’ to Open on December 20
Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers will host a summer limited beer fest, “French BBQ,” from July 1 to September 30.
Enjoy authentic BBQ dishes crafted by a French chef, along with chilled draft beer, French wines, and vibrant mocktails with free flow. Appetizers include marinated salmon, specialty liver paste, a cheese platter, and a salad of Iberian pork chorizo and Jamón serrano. The BBQ menu offers French-style dishes such as shrimp and squid brochettes accented with Cajun spices, chicken confit and bacon brochettes, and baby back ribs grilled to perfection. Additional offerings include mini hamburgers with truffle sauce served on rich brioche buns made with plenty of special butter by the baker chef, and mango parfaits for dessert. Drinks include the refreshing draft beer “Heartland,” French red and white wines, sparkling wine, as well as mocktails and non-alcoholic sparkling wine like passion soda and Salty Dog.
The venue is the Sky Lounge “Bay View.” Entry is from 5:30 PM to 7 PM with a 2-hour limit. Last order is 30 minutes before closing. The fee is 9,500 yen, inclusive of tax and service charge.
