Qatar Airways will adopt Panasonic Avionics’ in-flight hosting solution “Converix” for its Boeing 777-9 aircraft.
This solution integrates in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems, supports cabin and galley operations, lighting, and onboard applications. It also enables monitoring of aircraft data, improves crew operations, manages cabin stock, and optimizes aircraft maintenance.
Panasonic Avionics states that it can provide airlines with comprehensive data analysis, linking to more than 10,000 data points onboard, greatly improving operational efficiency with reports for management. Additionally, each seat’s AI virtual attendant can offer a wide range of features such as transfer information, baggage tracking, and destination services, along with personalized advertisement delivery.
