Hyatt Centric Kanazawa will offer a ‘Peach & Blueberry Afternoon Tea’ featuring peaches and seasonal blueberries from Ishikawa Prefecture from July 1 to August 31.
The sweets include six types: “Peach Shortcake,” adorned with cream arranged like flowers and featuring peaches as the main attraction; “Blueberry Mini Bagel,” a bagel sandwich with blueberries, confiture, and cream cheese; “Panna Cotta with Peach and Verveine Jelly,” topped with peach pulp, a verbena jelly with a lemon-like scent, and raspberries; “Blueberry Cheesecake,” harmonizing the meaty texture of blueberries with cheesecake; “Blueberry Tart,” decorated with blueberry cream and fruit on a tart base; and “Peach Melba,” featuring peaches stewed in white wine coated with jelly and topped with vanilla ice cream. Savory options include three types: “Slider Burger with Noto Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, and Blueberry Sauce”; “Deep-Fried Camembert Cheese,” served with fresh blueberries; and “Peach and Jamón Serrano Capellini,” a cold pasta accented by a tomato-based sauce.
As a special drink, they offer the “Silk de Caramel Salé” for 880 yen per cup, consisting of layers of peach or blueberry confiture, milk, Earl Grey, and milk espuma, with salted caramel syrup for an added accent. Coffee and tea are available in unlimited quantities.
The location is the all-day dining “FIVE – Grill & Lounge.” The service time is between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with a 120-minute limit. The cost is 4,400 yen per person, including tax but excluding service charges.
