Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen will offer the ‘ICHIGO Sweets Buffet’ from June 1 to July 31.
More than 10 types of sweets that let you enjoy the sweet and tangy taste of strawberries have been prepared. Examples from the menu include the “Plenty of ICHIGO Tart” featuring almond cream layered tart crust topped with strawberry chocolate cream, the “Sparkling ICHIGO Pie” with a crispy puff pastry filled with custard cream, “The ICHIGO Terrine” made with non-alcoholic rosé wine, “ICHIGO Musubi,” a sandwich of sponge cake and berry mousse wrapped in black cocoa crepe dough, and the “Chocolate Wrapped ICHIGO Roll,” with strawberries and mildly sweetened fresh cream inside chocolate roll dough made with cocoa powder from Maison Cacao’s “VIDA”. Drinks include coffee or tea.
The location is Indigo Home Kitchen Kurumayama Teru. Service hours are from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, and until 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays, with last orders 30 minutes prior. The price is 4,500 yen.
