
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu Offers Summer-Only ‘Kakigori’ Featuring Five Varieties Including Saijo Persimmon from Shimane
Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort will host the ‘Exquisite Meat Festival’ featuring a variety of meat dishes from July 8 to November 30.
The lineup includes dishes such as the refreshing ‘Lotus Root and Chicken Ume Style’, ‘Lamb Roast with Peri-Peri Sauce’ with oven-baked lamb on the bone, the ‘Pork Hawaiian’ which contrasts crispy, savory skin with juicy, tender meat, and a ‘Beef Bone Soup’ which is simmered over time to create a rich, creamy bone broth infused with marrow and collagen. Dinner-only dishes feature ‘Smoked Duck’, ‘Jerk Chicken with Gin and Lime Sauce’, and ‘Agu Pork Hamburger with Colorful Vegetables and Black Vinegar’. On weekends and national holidays during lunch, there will also be an ‘All-you-can-eat Crab’ event.
The event will take place at the buffet restaurant “Suriyun” on the 3rd floor. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM with last orders taken 30 minutes before closing. Prices start at 3,500 yen for lunch and 4,800 yen for dinner.
