
Hotel Gracery Shinjuku to Launch ‘Godzilla VS King Ghidorah Room’ on July 1
Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts will open “The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha” in Ryukyu Bank’s new headquarters building on January 30, 2026.
The building will be 13 stories above ground with 1 basement level. The entrance dedicated to the hotel will be located on the first floor, while the hotel area will span from the 7th to the 13th floor. It will offer a total of 257 rooms, accommodating double, twin, and triple occupancy. The top 13th floor will serve as an executive floor, featuring rooms averaging about 53 square meters, including suites over 100 square meters. An exclusive lounge will provide refreshments at various times. The rooms are designed to express the comfort of Ryukyu’s unique Amamiya space. The 7th floor will house facilities such as a lobby, front desk, a pool, gym, and executive lounge exclusive to guests. Dining options include three restaurants: all-day dining, teppanyaki, and sushi.
To commemorate the opening, an “Opening Commemoration Plan” will be available from January 30 to May 31, 2026. Accommodation rates start from 25,080 yen for a Standard Floor Superior Twin Room for two and 46,000 yen for an Executive Floor Deluxe Twin Room for two, including breakfast, tax, and service charges. Reservations are already being accepted.
Access is approximately a 2-minute walk from Yui Rail Kencho-mae Station.
