APA Group has acquired land for hotel development in front of Kanayama Station.
The building will be 14 stories high, with a total of 231 rooms planned. The hotel will be named “APA Hotel〈Nagoya Kanayama Ekimae〉” and aims to open around winter 2028.
The location is a 2-minute walk from Kanayama Station, served by JR, Meitetsu, and Nagoya City Subway.
