Kamenoi Hotel Kujukuri, themed on Kujukuri’s sea, reopened with renovations on July 1.
Renovations had been progressing in stages since February, with the lobby and restaurant refreshed and a villa building with a private sauna and dog run opening in the hotel garden in April.
This second phase includes new additions such as a kids’ room, an all-weather kids’ park, and guest rooms offering views of the Pacific Ocean: “Deluxe Twin” and “Deluxe Family.” The ocean view kids’ rooms (total 3 rooms) feature sea-themed walls resembling the shoreline, surfboard-shaped chairs, turtle chairs, picture books, and wall-mounted blocks. Safety considerations include covered power outlets. Each room accommodates up to 6 people. The Deluxe Twin (total 7 rooms) and Deluxe Family (total 3 rooms) with baths feature interiors based on natural materials and soft color schemes. The kids’ park, with a tropical resort theme, includes an athletic zone with tunnels and slides and a quiet zone for enjoying picture books and pretend play, using soft cushion materials for floors and play equipment.
The top floor’s viewing bath is also being expanded, with a reopening planned for late July.
