The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho will offer a summer Japanese-style afternoon tea “Japanese Afternoon Tea ～Karin～” featuring cool designs like sweet sushi from June 1st to August 31st.
The restaurant’s concept also includes designs incorporating ICE and water, presented in a sushi style. The menu features appetizers using summer ingredients such as corn and edamame, along with hand-rolled sushi and sweet sushi. Guests can enjoy a plate featuring steamed salmon roe, seasonal fruits, and desserts. The main stand includes hand-rolled sushi with medium-fatty tuna topped with extra fatty tuna and sea urchin, seasonal grunt fish, and basil-flavored seared salmon, as well as roll sushi wrapped with avocado and prosciutto in rice paper. The sweet sushi offers glass sushi using ancient rice flavored with acerola syrup and sushi with kiwi and rice wrapped in cucumber topped with tapioca pearls.
The venue is located on the 35th floor at “WASHOKU SOUTEN” and “Sky Gallery Lounge Levita.” Service hours are from 2 PM to 4 PM on weekdays and from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on weekends and holidays, with a 2-hour seating time. The price is 8,000 yen, tax included, service charge extra. Reservations accepted from 2 people.
