Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts has announced that “The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay” will open on February 13, 2026, and started accepting accommodation reservations from July 1.
The building is 14 stories high. It has a total of 750 rooms, with various room types mainly for 4 people but accommodating up to 6 people. The rooms, designed with the theme of four seas of the world, are equipped with a large table and a microwave. Facilities include a restaurant, function rooms, group lounge, convenience store, self-lockers, and about 400 paid parking spaces. A dedicated shuttle bus service is planned to operate between Maihama Station, the hotel, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea.
An opening commemorative plan is also available. The stay period is from February 13 to June 30. Rates start from 19,180 yen for two guests in a standard twin “Indian Jasmine”, 22,680 yen for three guests in a superior triple “Greek Blue”, and 43,680 yen for six guests in a family deluxe “Mexican Sunflower”. Prices are per room including tax and service charge. Other plans are also available.
Access is about a 5-minute drive from JR Maihama Station.
