
InterContinental Sapporo Opening on October 1
WHG Hotels’ 28 locations will host the fair “Spice Up Your Morning ~Enjoy with Indocurrico! The Splendid Curry Festival~” where guests can enjoy each hotel’s original curry at the breakfast buffet from July 15 to September 30.
A total of 29 menus of original curries, which offer a wonderful match with local ingredients, are provided (1 to 3 menus per hotel). The menu includes the “Spicy Coconut Gravy Chicken Curry” using coconut and sea clam extract (Hotel Gracery Tamachi), “Nana Hama Seafood Keema Curry with Special Spices” utilizing fresh seafood’s unused parts and upcycle materials procured on the day (Iwaki Washington Hotel), “Local Warm Vegetables and Sapporo Specialty Soup Curry” (Hotel Gracery Sapporo), “Spicy Keema Curry with Komatsuna from Akitakata Town, Hiroshima” (Hiroshima Washington Hotel), “Summer’s Japanese Style Chilled Keema Curry Udon Made with Japanese Dashi” (Kansai Airport Washington Hotel), among others. A special page featuring comments from spice cuisine researcher and talent Indocurrico is also introduced.
