
InterContinental Sapporo Opening on October 1
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will host the ‘Beer Garden 2025 Chef’s Table “Fresh Hokkaido”‘ from July 1 to August 31 for a limited two-month period.
Using fresh vegetables from local Chitose and seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, they will offer a variety of dishes including international cuisine, traditional Hokkaido dishes, and ‘camp food.’ The menu includes ‘Grilled Cabbage and Coarse-ground Meat Sauce Stew’ with grilled cabbage that enhances the aroma and sweetness when cooked, ‘Colorful Vegetable Bagna Cauda,’ ‘Garlic Toast & Cod Roe Mayo Toast,’ ‘Hokkaido Pork Spare Ribs in Orange Sauce,’ ‘Princess Hokke and Local Vegetables Acqua Pazza,’ ‘Chitose Local Vegetable Ratatouille Cheese Doria,’ ‘Original Ramen Salad,’ and ‘Chicken Wing Zangi with Zante Sauce.’ For dinner only, guests can enjoy ‘Jamon Serrano’ sliced right in front of them by the chef.
Drinks include beer and wine, as well as the original ‘Chitose Highball’ made with underground water from Naibetsu River, selected as one of Japan’s top 100 pure waters, and homemade craft cola, covering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. During the lunch time from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, a lunch buffet themed ‘Fresh Hokkaido’ is offered for 3,200 yen, in addition to an all-you-can-drink plan with alcohol for 5,000 yen. They also offer an overnight plan with dinner beer garden access.
The venue is the first floor of the Wing Building, at the all-day dining ‘Haskap The Garden.’ Service is available from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM with a 120-minute limit. Prices are 6,000 yen for adults, which includes all-you-can-eat-and-drink, 4,200 yen for food only, 3,000 yen for elementary school students, and 600 yen for children aged 3 and above who are not yet in school. Tax and service charges are included.
