Finnair Reaches Collective Agreement with Labor Unions
Air France-KLM and Qantas aim to enhance connectivity and travel experience between Europe and Australia.
Qantas will assign Air France flight numbers to its Perth–Paris/Charles de Gaulle route. This is the only non-stop flight connecting France and Australia, potentially reducing travel time by about 3 hours.
Additionally, from July 1, Haneda Airport will be established as a new connecting hub for both Air France and Qantas. Previously, Singapore and Hong Kong were the primary connecting hubs, and this change enables transfers from Air France flights to Qantas flights connecting to five Australian cities.
In addition, Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will have their flight numbers added to Qantas’ Singapore–Darwin route. Furthermore, their partnership in loyalty programs will also be expanded.
