
Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay Offers ‘Garden Afternoon Tea With Pierre Hermé Paris 2025’
Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk will offer the afternoon tea style sushi lunch “Kalen” from July 1 to September 30.
With the theme of “sushi not only delicious but also delightful to the eyes,” the lunch includes two types of appetizers, salad, six pieces of sushi, cocktail sushi, and seven types of sweets including a choice of Japanese confectionery.
The appetizers include two kinds: “Boiled Pike Conger,” which is boiled pike conger with yuzu for fragrance and served with plum soy sauce, and “Beef Cheek Wrapped in Pie,” where beef cheek is stewed with tomatoes and soy sauce for a Japanese-style stew and then wrapped in pie and fried. The sushi features three pieces of “Onigiri Sushi” with fatty tuna, sea bream, and salmon placed on rice balls made from Fukuoka-grown rice, “Onigiri Sushi Inari” which includes fillings of finely chopped ginger and kelp cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce wrapped in rice and covered with inari, and “Chakin Sushi” where rice is wrapped in a money bag shape with shredded egg and topped with salmon roe. The dessert includes “Banana Smoothie Mousse,” “Warabi Mochi,” “Grape Daifuku,” and a choice of one Japanese confectionery such as Hakata Lemon Castella or Chikushi Dengaku.
The location is the 35th-floor sushi kaiseki restaurant “Tomozuna.” The lunch is available from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with last orders at 1:30 PM. The price is typically 5,800 yen, or 6,000 yen for an ocean view seat. All prices include tax and service charge.
