Marriott International will open the “Courtyard by Marriott Okinawa Resort” in the summer of 2026.
Kanehide Kise Beach Palace will be rebranded for this purpose. The hotel will temporarily close its operations on October 4 for a complete renovation. This will mark the first entry of the Courtyard brand into Okinawa.
The hotel will feature more than 160 guest rooms, each equipped with a private balcony. Offering ocean and mountain views, the accommodations will cater to both leisure and business travelers, with options such as family rooms and suites. There will be an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, a fitness center, a kids’ club, and a function space measuring 210 square meters. The design is being undertaken by Kume Sekkei.
Located along Kise Beach with views of Nago Bay and the surrounding mountains, the hotel is approximately a one-hour drive from Naha Airport.
