Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts reopened the Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Izu Ito Hotel New Okabe on July 11.
About half of the guest rooms have been renovated into Japanese-style bedrooms with beds placed on tatami flooring. The Premium Lounge features a newly created library with books exploring the history and culture of Ito Onsen, a fireplace, and offers complimentary drinks. The completely renovated restaurant combines old and new art with a modern design inspired by temple ceilings.
The facility also includes a newly established kids’ room equipped with a cushioned floor and toys, as well as a kids’ corner, manga corner, karaoke room, and table tennis area.
