Uber Japan launched the ‘Uber Premium’ service in Sapporo City on July 15 as part of its ride-hailing service, Uber.
‘Uber Premium’ features premium vehicles like the Alphard, Vellfire, and Gran Ace, capable of accommodating up to 5 passengers with ample luggage space, making it a popular service among foreigners. This marks the fifth city offering this service in Japan, following Tokyo, Narita, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Riders can select premium options from the app’s car selection screen. The subscription service ‘Uber One’ is also available, offering matchmaking with highly-rated drivers and discount benefits.
