Etihad Airways launched the Abu Dhabi to Al Alamein route on July 17.
The airline will operate two round trips per week on Thursdays and Sundays. An Airbus A320 aircraft equipped with 158 seats, including 8 in business class and 150 in economy class, will be used. The travel time is 4 hours 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi and 4 hours 50 minutes from Al Alamein.
Al Alamein is a resort city located along the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt. It will operate as a seasonal regular flight during the peak demand summer period. This year, Etihad Airways announced plans to newly operate flights to 27 cities in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.
