
Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay Offers “Melon Splash Sweets Buffet – Second Edition with Mango”
Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower will host the food festival ‘World Cuisine Buffet! ~Gourmet Voyage in the Sky~’ from June 6 to September 11.
From Asian countries including Japan, China, South Korea, and Thailand, to the United States, France, Italy, Belgium, and Australia, the buffet features dishes from 19 countries (17 countries for lunch). A variety of representative menus such as paella, shrimp chili, and bouillabaisse, along with traditional dishes like Dutch hutspot (mashed potatoes) and Turkish baklava (a dessert of layered thin pastry sheets with nuts, baked) are available. The performance corner, where chefs cook right in front of you, offers galettes made of buckwheat flour (France) for lunch, and steak & potatoes (USA) and raclette cheese (Switzerland) for dinner.
The venue is the 31st-floor restaurant ‘Sky Dining Tenku’. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 1 PM and from 1:30 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each session lasting 90 minutes. The price for lunch is from 4,800 yen for adults and from 2,400 yen for elementary school children; dinner is from 6,000 yen for adults and from 3,000 yen for elementary school children, with infants free (tax included).
