Recruit will end the phone reservation service for its travel booking site “Jalan net” on September 28.
It previously accepted reservations only for domestic accommodations, excluding Jalan packs and tours. New reservations going forward will be accepted up to check-out on March 23, 2026. Cancellations and changes to reservations made by phone can still be handled by the Jalan net call center until March 22, 2026.
