Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will host a “Hawaii Fair” at the buffet restaurant “GARDEN DINING” from July 4 to August 31.
They will offer Hawaiian menu items arranged in the GARDEN DINING style, from classic gourmet dishes familiar in Japan to authentic local foods. The main menu includes “Polynesian Spareribs,” marinated in Polynesian sauce to enhance the tropical mood and grilled to juicy perfection; “Ahi Poke,” featuring the aroma of sesame oil and the rich taste of tuna; and “Lomi Lomi,” a Hawaiian-style salad with smoked salmon and fresh vegetables. In the chef’s service, they will provide GARDEN DINING’s classic Australian sirloin roast beef, domestic beef steak, and “Hawaiian Saimin,” a soup characterized by its light and savory taste from shrimp broth and smooth noodles.
