Hotel Kanazawa will offer a special shaved ice dessert called ‘HYOSAI,’ crafted with the patissier’s special sauce, available exclusively during the summer season from June 13 to August 31.
Featuring delicately textured ice that melts smoothly in the mouth, paired with a sauce specially made to enhance flavor, texture, and aroma. This year, they are offering two varieties: ‘Mango Milk’ and ‘Matcha & Noto Dainagon’. The ‘Mango Milk’ is characterized by its rich aroma and intense sweetness, with a smooth sauce complemented by chunks of fruit for texture. The ‘Matcha & Noto Dainagon’ offers a perfect harmony of deeply aromatic matcha and the sweet roasted Noto Dainagon.
The location is the restaurant ‘DINING TSUZUMI’, open from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The price is 800 yen each, tax included. Available for eat-in only.
