The Prince Karuizawa has completed its phased renovation that began in December 2024.
Some of the guest rooms from the 1st to 3rd floors, totaling 65 rooms, have been renovated. On the 3rd floor, daybeds have been newly installed by the windows in the “Executive Suite,” “Executive King,” and “Executive Twin,” and other guest rooms have refreshed wallpaper, carpets, and furniture. Within the facility, a fitness space of approximately 80 square meters has been newly established for free use by guests, and on the 2nd floor, a nursery room equipped with two diaper changing stations, a microwave, a hot water dispenser for preparing baby formula, a sink, and two nursing booths has been newly set up.
Additionally, the restaurant “Dining Room Beaux Sejours” underwent refurbishment with new sofas, carpets, and chairs and reopened in December 2024. A new lounge exclusively for guests of the 3rd floor and “The Prince Suite” offering Nagano prefecture’s drinks, light snacks, and special rusks was established in April.
